Directly supported 5 applications in the Connected Fleet program from cradle to product maturity. Implemented best practices in UX/UI and cross functional collaboration that drove improvements across the business.

UX Design

Responsible for designing an application that improved OTA reliability. Conducted audits, performed user interviews, and aligned partners on a solution.

Wireframes and prototypes validated models, uncovered blinds spots, and led to quick iterations towards MVP.

UI Design

Delivered organized and thorough high-fidelity design assets. Worked with engineers to build a comprehensive Design System and rapidly develop quality production UI.

Responsive data visualization components translated to a robust web experience.

Tool used by engineers to manage firmware/software packages, rapidly test code, and improve OTA efficiency from 1 to 1M+ deployments.

Connectivity status and anomalies dashboard that allowed engineers to quickly optimize configurations across fleets.

Applications currently used in the factory, research and development labs, and service centers across continents.

In-depth training material for operators and commercial fleet customers.

Impact
